What to expect
You are invited to arrive in comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and remove your shoes. We will take time to discuss your goals, or you may keep your intentions private.
You remain fully clothed on a treatment table. Vicki uses a noninvasive approach with little to no touch, and may use sound or aromatherapy to support relaxation.
Every person experiences a session differently. Please be gentle with yourself afterward and speak with a licensed medical or mental health professional about any health concerns.
